minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•2 years agoAt least for Ubuntu, you do need to set the permissions of the AppImage before it’ll launch. I still haven’t figured out how to make .desktop files work yet.

KDE does exactly like that
(I am using MX Linux)
